The turn around time is an absolute joke compared to other smaller locations with less staff. There are three to four people at the desk upfront and venders end up waiting in line for 20-30 mins while the staff exchange banter behind the counter and work on other tasks. There's no seating while you stand there through an unnecessarily long wait. Then you finally get to the desk and they send you out to warehouse to wait a further 20-30 mins for them to bring your part or equipment some times up to 45 mins. Ridiculous. Horrible turn around time. Really need to tighten up at ybor. That being said when you do Interact with the staff they are very friendly. Maybe management has the people upfront doing too many tasks at once and they should delegate better.

This has to be the worst ce of all time employee wanna come and say I’m parked in employee parking well no sign and no marking means open parking. Maybe he should get here on time and he would have parking when customers are waiting and parked first. Black Toyota Corolla would be his car I think employees need to learn a little customer respect that what the problem is with this store is they have no respect for people and really need to gain some.

I avoid this location like the plague, every time I come here no matter if I'm the only one up front it takes at least 15 to 20 minutes for somebody to call me to the counter, the one on the far right looking at the counter don't know his name but looks like he absolutely hates his job, some kind of corporate manager needs to take a look at this location absolutely horrible. But sometimes I have no choice to come here.

Sitting here9 people waiting 3 behind counter only one handling customers . This guy does 1 customer takes 10 min to next one

Every time I have to come here, I end up waiting in the van for 30 minutes or longer for them to bring out my order. If your day includes coming to this supply house, make sure you add the extra time into your schedule to compensate for the inevitable hold up you will have to deal with.
