I had the opportunity to partner with Carrillo Innovations for my kitchen counters. I switched from the old school porcelain tile to quartz. I appreciated the variety of quartz I was able to choose from based on what I told the company I wanted. I received a quote via email that detailed all of the line items and that made me feel well informed. Once the work began, there was some unfavorable events along the way. I wasn't provided information that could've helped me prepare for the renovation and unfortunately a couple items I wanted to keep were misplaced but I don't feel that this is a global reflection of the company. 5/5 ⭐️ Recommendation for Carillo Innovations Communication Communication was the biggest thing for me going into this remodel, and it’s where they really stood out. Luis, our project lead and co-owner, was great to work with. He was kind, responsive, and always took the time to explain things and answer questions. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which made a big difference throughout the project. Project Management Luis went out of his way more than once to fix things, address concerns, and double-check details. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m picky and notice the small stuff. Instead of pushing back, the team was open and worked with me to make sure everything was done right. Cost & Transparency This part really mattered to me. There were no surprise costs or unexpected add-ons.

Miguel and his team are very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The installation was completed on time, and their pricing was the best compared to other companies I looked into. Let me start by saying any new customer should not hesitate to plan their next renovation with Miguel Carrillo and his very skilled team of associates. We were in a bad place when we first spoke with Miguel as a previous cabinet company closed unexpectedly just when our cabinets were to be delivered. Miguel responded to our inquiry within minutes and we met the next day in their office where he fully understood our goals and need to get the work done quickly as we had been without a kitchen for a couple of months.
