I spoke with Abby at Customer Service today. I'm impressed with how she handled my requests - she was patient and understanding, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt like a valued customer and not like just an account number. She is a perfect example of how your Company should be represented. Thank you!

We have never gone a single month without losing power with this electric company. Not once. And today was the final straw. It is Christmas morning, and we have no power. No warning, no timeline, and no meaningful communication. Everything is closed, so there is nowhere to go, nothing we can do, and no way to even know when service might be restored. We lost all of the food we prepared and purchased specifically for today—money, time, and effort completely wasted. A holiday meant to be spent with family has instead been spent sitting in the dark, trying to salvage what we can. This is not a one-time issue. I absolutely hate Carroll electric. The number of times we get outages is too often. On top of that the fact they take their sweet time to fix it. Customer service is NEVER any help and their fees are ridiculously high. On Christmas day we have an outage AGAIN and no one is there to answer. With the amount of outages they get and never offer a discount for ruining a holiday.

If I could give it a negative 0 I would, The absolute worst customer service and company! We switched banks with our very small company and forgot to switch the auto draft, and after 14 years with them they tacked on a 793.89 commercial deposit fee for 2 months for that. They do not care about anyone or small businesses at ALL. No wonder they only have 1 stars..
