Carter Door Service

I scheduled 2 garage doors to be installed 4 days ago. I heard nothing today so I called tech no answer I called company and was told they would reach the tech. I called back 2 hours later and was told they were gonna reach the tech. Then I received a called from "Leonard" not helpful at all and would not answer who owned the company told me to call the office he was just handling complaints. At this moment I canceled the work they never started anyway and I will go with another company. I think the reviews had to be family and friends if they were satisfied because there is nothing about this company that spelled out satisfaction. Run away from this company!!!

Rescued us from a down door plus replaced old and bad parts, came out on very short notice and did a heck of a job for a decent fair price. Recommended him to our whole HOA. Great guy.

Excellent honest service, reasonable prices. Wow that sounds like an oxymoron.
