Like any normal scenario, heating went out, so we called a loca business to assist.. when I reached out, they were extremely eager to help. The technician came fast and was already diagnosing the issue, or so he thought. My employee said she could feel the heat, and then the next thing you know, he comes from the back saying it's something else. He said he had to leave, get the part, and come back.. a few days went by, and finally, they returned. When your AC goes out in the hottest part of July, you sort of don't care who does it as long as it gets fixed. Carter was a second opinion based on a friend's recommendation. I'm glad we called them. They gave us honest assessment, two system options and in the end a good quote, which ended up cheaper than the first call. Our home made it a difficult install in the crawl space but we never heard the first complaint from the crew. Everyone was very professional and they were on time both days they were here.
