I've talked with several people that work either in the septic tank business or in related businesses like plumbing, trying to sort out a tricky situation with my tank. Consistently, these people have said that they would trust what Brian Carter has to say. It seems rare these days to find a professional that so many people can agree is trustworthy. He was out today to pump my tank and he was very generous with his time and expertise in educating me on my system and problem solving what might be going on. He went above and beyond to give me info to prevent future problems and left me with a friendly "let me know if you need anything else!" His daughter is always friendly and helpful with scheduling. Excellent septic draining service. Communicative. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. Answered all my questions and explained what they were doing as they were doing it, which I liked. Put the yard back together nicely where they dug and cleaned up everything quickly when finished. Even scooped some bear poop out of my yard and pointed out/marked a yellow jackets nest for me. Went above and beyond. Will definitely use again and recommend them to others. Really nice people, great/easy to work with.

Extremely pleased with Carter's performance in helping with our septic system issues. Brianna was very helpful in getting us scheduled when no other company would come out. Ray that came to the house was very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of great information. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a great job done. It was very cost efficient also for the work done.

We called out Carter for a routine cleanout of our septic tank. Two days later they were here. Our tank is buried at least 3 feet deep and they really had to work to uncover the tank.The cleanout went smoothly and they replaced dirt and grass neatly. It actually looks better than before they dug. They answered questions and were very helpful. Will definitely have them back out in 5 years.

We've used Carter Septic to pump and maintain our septic 3 times and will not consider any other. From start to finish they are hands down the best. They also are less expensive than anyone else. They have a new smaller truck added to their fleet that is incredible. It can get where most can't. It's about a 25 ft lift to empty our tank and they can do it effortlessly and faaaast! NOBODY in town can do that. They are all courteous, respectful of people and property, professional, on time and communicate well. As a remodeler and home builder I know a good trade when I see one and I only use the best. If you need someone to pump your tank - stop looking and call Brianna.
