I called to have my 4 unit building with separate furnaces serviced. The woman who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional, to the point I said thank you politely and hung up. Meanwhile, I just wanted to update the thermostats and have new ones installed along with changing the filters, a very simple request.

Stuck behind driver swerving and all over the place this morning ..got on bridge and was passing driver..he was texting while driving for the past 15 minutes..literally swerving everywhere. Smh..will never use this company since this is who they have working for them
