I quoted with different companies and cleaning ladies, but Casa Pristine is hands down the best cleaning service. They're professional, timely, thorough and trustworthy (I leave them cleaning my house when I'm not there.) They are consistently good, bring their own cleaning supplies and follow instructions on things that need special care. They're affordable and super communicative and flexible. Seriously guys, you need to look no further!

I recently used Casa Pristine's Move Out package and was impressed with their service. Cynthia was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond to ensure my old apartment was spotless. Every nook and cranny was meticulously cleaned, and she even took the time to polish the appliances. I couldn't be happier with the results. I scheduled a cleaning service for one of my rental properties and provided all necessary payment information. Unfortunately, the company failed to show up without any prior notice or explanation. They never reached out to reschedule or apologize, leaving me scrambling to clean the property myself on short notice. This lack of professionalism and communication is disappointing. I cannot recommend this company to others.

Hired them for an apartment moving out deep cleaning. Awful experience (the pictures of how they left the apartment speak by themselves). Will have to go there and clean early today before returning the apartment (something for sure I will love after 10 days of packing boxes and moving). Texted them as soon as I saw it to let them know and was left on “read” with no response from them.

This was a FANTASTIC job. I am so pleased with the customer service, the speed, and the affordability. I booked a deep clean before with a different company and it has never been done this well. I most definitely will have them come again on regular schedule. I am so impressed! Even how they placed my dog’s toys was so cute! He loved them! Thank you! Gracias para todo!
