Our experience with the new owner has been very positive. We were having a small issue with flooring that was installed by the previous owner. They came out and resolved the issue promptly. Refreshing to work with a company that backs the products they sell.
We built our home in 2022. One year later we started having problems with flooring. We purchased LVP. It started buckling and separating. We contacted the owner several times. He did NOTHING to help us. Now he will not return any of calls. He does not stand behind his product!
Our house was built in 2018 and this company installed our cabinets. Now, in 2025, we started having trouble with some cabinets falling off the hinges. The quality is terrible. We contacted the owner several times. He has done NOTHING to help us. Now he will not return any of our calls. He does not stand behind his product!
Update from an earlier review. The owner of Cascade came out saw the problem we were having and promptly fixed it. Highly recommend Cascade for all your flooring needs!
