Cascade Flooring America

Our builder used Cascade Flooring for our new home build and we are very disappointed in how the owner has responded to issues we have had with the installation. Issue 1: Hardwood floor installation: During the install, newly laid sections of the hardwood floor were immediately covered with a thick cardboard to protect them. That's great to make sure they don't get damaged, except we had no opportunity to evaluate the install until we happened to show up one day before they had covered the day's work. What we saw was a pattern of 4 very short boards (looked like 'chicklets') that were installed together right in front of the fireplace in our great room. Floors is the first thing people look at when entering your home or business. This has been my second experience with Cascade Flooring America and they are the best. Jeff was the best consultant (Hi Zeus, Jeff's French Bulldog). Vladamir installed the flooring in 3 rooms in 8 hours (by himself) and Dan was the expert installing the carpet in our upstairs bedroom. Go nowhere else for your flooring needs.

I have used Cascade Flooring for several flooring projects in our home. Recently, we recarpeted a former office, and worked with Kevin to select the new carpet. He was fun, informative and really helped me make the best choice for this room. Sergio was the installer and he did an excellent job. I would recommend Cascade and these two gentlemen to anyone looking for new or replacement flooring. They are the best!

Wow - outstanding service. From Shannon in the show room who helped us pick out our flooring materials to the tile installer (Sergei) and the hardwood installer (Vladimir). We had an issue during installation that Shannon did an outstanding job of resolving. The final product is outstanding.

We chose Cascade Flooring America in Salmon Creek as we were referred by a friend who was happy with their work. Well, to say we’re also happy would be an understatement!! The entire process was smooth and easy. From being greeted by Samantha when we walked in then we were lightly guided, as in no pressure, by Scott(I hope that’s right) and ultimately Ross was our contact person and was he ever great and full of helpful info.
