We received prompt service for an emergency heating unit failure for our home while we were out of town. As a first-time customer, we were treated as though we had been customers for years! Joe in scheduling had us scheduled immediately, and technician Brandon determined the root cause after a thorough system evaluation. What stands out with both of these individuals is their timely and thorough communication skills from initial scheduling and evaluation through project completion. I highly recommend this company based on my initial interactions!

The technician that serviced our furnace was very professional. He made sure to introduce himself, put on his booties and explain what he was going to do. Joel preformed the diagnostics and talked to us through his pro. He gave us information about how our system was working, he was educational and very helpful.

Had a problem with my hvac unit and Max took great care in not only dealing with it but doing maintenance on my other three units. Cascade Heating has always been super reliable! Highly recommend!
