By far the worst place to go to for my supplies. Let's start with the front desk the guy moves so fast that he can't possibly care about the customer. They give you attitude of you don't have an account with them already and will handle you like they don't care about your money. They talk to there Coworkers like crap specially when under pressure. I learned all this in just the 4 to 8 min of being in this place.

Stood there for 15 minutes, had 5 employees look right at me and never even helped me.

I’m up workin on the Oregon fires and needed some bolts for my equipment. I drove over an hour to see if they had the hardware. It was an emergency situation and I showed up with plenty of time before they closed. Some rude kid walked out said they were closed. I told him what I needed and as he was walking away from me he said come back tomorrow at 8. The worst costumer service I have ever seen. Will never return and will be telling everyone about my experience.

I prefer cascade over any other company that is out there. I have been using them for over 10 and a 1/2 years. Their customer service is top-notch. And they can help you build. Any size not in bolt you need for and his crew are the best

This company wrongfully fired me. And whoever is telling the customers I quit well they are wrong. I was let go the day coming back from My daughter's memorial service from her being killed in a tragic accident to find out I was fired for attendance reasons when I am most of the time there unless doctors orders or scheduled appts. When others there attendance is pretty bad. But it's ok thanks for the 3 years I was there with the wonderful customers I met, those I will miss.
