I was looking for a pergola to go over my new deck and I am extremely happy with what Charles and his guys installed for me. Even with a slight hiccup, Charles was all over it and took care of it. It was a pleasure to work with Charles as he designed and built a pergola over our pre-existing deck. He was personable, attentive, talented, and creative. I love that he was able to customize our pergola to not only provide us with exactly what we wanted (and more), but he was also able to make it look so integrated, like it was always there. (Other companies said they could only make pergolas in incremental dimensions.) My wife and I are incredibly pleased with the end result and we’re already using our deck more than ever. It truly feels like a home addition. We can now sit outside when the sun is baking that area, when it’s cold out, and when it’s raining.
