Cannot recommend Cascade Plumbing highly enough. From the get go, Josh was very honest and transparent and even went as far as running a camera down my main sewer line for free to ensure the work he needed to perform was completely necessary. I chose Josh as the man for the job since he was one of few that took time out of his day to explain the problem and the best way to fix it. Josh and Derek experienced some unexpected problems completing the job (water leaking from the foundation) and did everything they could to complete the job properly without blowing up unnecessary expenses. Josh has provided us with terrific plumbing and water services, replacing old polybutylene pipes at our home. He’s very courteous and professional, and explained the what, why and how for each area he worked on. He also installed a wonderful tankless water heater, taking care of the requirements associated with our town permits and inspection. That gave us peace of mind. His crew was equally professional, and pleasant as well, from his seasoned members to his new apprentice, Rory. Josh and his team at Cascade took such care of me when my water heater broke. They did not hesitate to make sure the job was done and done correctly. I really appreciated their work and how they took care of me as their customer.

Very happy with Cascade ! Our hot water tank went out and they had us one installed and up to code quickly. Work area left neat and clean ! Everything was explained to us in great detail. Very professional ! We will be calling them from now on for any of our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
