Recycled furniture turned this old oval mirror from Brown and boring to a high gloss blue. Stripped and painted this little desk chair after buying my supplies from ace. They were very helpful, the store was clean, organized and easy to navigate. They also have a great tchotchke section where are things are discounted and you can find unusual or unexpected items..

Thank you George for letting me reserve a small Rug Doctor to rent, and to Keith for processing my rental and purchases. Outstanding customer service and the carpet cleaner worked perfectly for our 1 bedroom apt. Cleaned and returned to the store with gratitude. Stay cool Ace. 😎 👍🏾

I drove 25 minutes to this Ace hardware to return a purchase I had made at a different Ace hardware in Oregon. I was informed that the owners of this establishment have a policy of not accepting returns from other Ace hardware locations. Given the mobile nature of our community and the considerable distance from the original purchase location, it is impractical for me to return the item to its point of origin. I find this policy to be highly inconvenient and a significant customer care concern. You should post on your website that you do not take returns from other stores this was a huge waste of my time who would have thought 🫤 And the return was under $50. I find the whole thing rude and inconvenient

Im new to the area and after a few months of living here I only just now noticed this small ace hardware even existed, so a friend and I decided to check it out- get an idea of what's available and pricing- possibly pick up some electrical items. We'll after walking down a single aisle and looking at a couple items I was told to leave the store, yelled and cursed at by a staff member who would not give me his name... hmmmmm, worried you might be held accountable for your actions? Based on a handful of other reviews I see here; its a fairly common occurrence to be harassed and/or accused of stealing for absolutely no reason here.

I love this place. They don't always have what I need, but their customer service is second to none! They need a bigger store, but same staff.
