Cascade Windows - Cornerstone Building Brands

This company has been absolutely horrible. I have been in contact with them about having fixed windows and 5 sliding windows that are letting in unacceptable levels of dirt and dust. A fixed window should have *no* dirt or dust come into it. It's been nearly two years since we have moved in to our house and there have been delays, "repairs, and no solutions. Including this, we have a sliding glass door replacement through them because when they came to repair our door, they scratched it. It has been 4 sliding glass doors now and they all come in scratched. I honestly do not know what my next solution is besides looking into some type of lawyer. I have provided a few examples of the quality you can expect. Do not go with this company, your house will regret it.

Update: 2/28/24. Besides taking almost 2 months of back and forth, the company is going to replace the window. I am grateful for that. Thank you! Horrible company that passes you off to several people and no one communicates. Our window frame is cracked and they do nothing about it. Filed 2 claims, had a glass company come out and try to call Cascade for us because even THEY say it's Cascades issue. Nothing. We are the original owners only living in this house for less than 2 years and this is the second window that's broken. They refused to fix the first one too! Do not use them!! Ya know Cascade, not everyone is trying to rip you off. Some of us just want quality products and for businesses to own up to poor quality issues.

By far the worst window company I have ever dealt with. They delivered my 4 panel sliding glass doors with a known defect that prevents them from closing completely or locking. They shipped a faulty replacement out 8 months after acknowledging their error. Nearly a year later and we still cannot seal the doors shut nor lock them.

Pick up there quite often. Trailers are usually ready by the time I arrived. Drop and hook. The guys that load the trailers are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst freaking window ever! Our contractor put this in 2020. I would NEVER RECOMMEND CASCADE WINDOWS! These are Supposed to be ENERGY EFFICIENT 😒 NOT!!! I called them and spoke with a nasty women who refused to accept the window was terrible. Worst company ever!! People stop wasting your money on windows from this company!!!
