Josh was excellent. He took the time to go over all the options with us and then advised me on he thought was best. I felt he had my best interest at heart vs just telling me you need to do this or that. Quality of repair was very good. We were impressed and signed up for annual maintenance because of that comfort level. Definitely recommend Josh and the company.

WOW! Smooth process from start to finish! I called this morning to get assistance with my malfunctioning AC. Less than an hour after calling, they had a technician at my doorstep! Jarrett was thorough, kind, and courteous throughout the entire repair process. He clearly explained everything to me and answered all of my questions with ease! Adam did an inspection for my ac and the duct work as well as just overall checking the system. He was very personable and professional. He went through my system and into my attic and found some leaks as well as poorly installed ducts. He was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed him walking me through my system as well as letting me know what exactly is going to happen over a long term use of the way it is now. He helped out a lot and was very timely on it as well. Our unit stopped working yesterday and had I been home they would have been able to get out that day. We had a very good experience with Case Plumbing to diagnose and repair a recurrent, mysterious wet spot in our laundry room that did not seem to be related to the washer or other related plumbing. They were able to send a technician, Dale, to our home on the same day as the call and he ultimately determined that it may actually be coming from an upstairs bathroom. He was patient with reviewing with us the options for definitive diagnosis which ultimately required opening up the affected drywall. We agreed to it and he professionally and cleanly completed the task, confirmed that there was a defect in the 3" drain stack leading from the upstairs bathroom, and was able to repair the pipe within a few minutes of obtaining the appropriate fittings.
