Casey Garrett Water Well Service

Good guy, honest, and does great work. Second time I’ve used him, and I will be using him again for my next repair. I called, and he was here within a couple of hours.

I had well issues at 2 PM on a Sunday and called Casey. He was at my house within an hour to look at the well (he lives 45 minutes away). He saved the day because I had Airbnb guests checking in a couple hours after the well went out. He quickly got to work diagnosing the problem. Within about 15 minutes of tests/part swaps, he knew it was the pump. It was a bit difficult to get to the well because of a shed, septic, yard, etc. but he figured out a way and replaced the pump. He was reasonably priced and didn’t have an up-charge for it being Sunday afternoon. Casey is who I’ll go to for all my future well service needs!!!

Casey was fantastic. We had a water well emergency and Casey came out quickly on a Saturday afternoon and fixed everything in a very timely manner. He's friendly and respectful and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.

For a family of five to be without water for even a little while is a big inconvenience. That is why we were beyond relieved that Casey answered his phone on a Sunday and made arrangements to come first thing the next morning to replace our leaking well tank. It was done by noon and everyone was so happy. Quality work, great personality, and no irritating experience of waiting for a repair person who doesn't show when they promised. We were also very happy to give business to someone who works for himself and doesn't charge an arm and a leg! I'm sorry for you if you need water well services, but if you do I think this is the guy to call. Thank you again Casey!

Since moving to Magnolia, we have been so amazingly blessed with the contractors that have helped us keep our home going. Today was one of those heart-stopping days where you turn the water on and nothing came out of the faucet. We ran to the well house and water was everywhere! We had a busted pipe (no idea how that happened). We called Casey, who was on his way home from work and he said he'd be right over. He gave up a nice, piping hot lasagna supper to come and help us get the water under control and he fixed it right then and there! Thank you, Father! We don't leave many reviews, but this one had to be done!
