Dear Bob, My wife and I bought a rental home and had you replace the carpet with flooring. Your staff was expert and professional. Years later we noticed a bubble and you came out and told us the floor needed to be replaced. During this busy time we were not able to fully pack up the house and move what needed to be moved. Luis and David are excellent employees. Not only did they move what needed to be moved but worked like Trojans for four days in a row, with no breaks ensuring your product was installed correctly. Never a curt work. ALWAYS professional and hard Working. Luis and David are a true asset to your business. I hope to see them again when we do the bedrooms. Will at first my husband and I were very happy with the bathroom floor they put in for us. Couple months ago we noticed a bubble on the floor. When we call them they came out they said that the floor was delaminated underneath well it was the floor that they put in over our old one and you can see there's a little spot near the shower. My contractor says they never should have put Luan down. Because no matter how careful you are in a bathroom it's going to get a little wet somewhere on the floor and they put painters caulk along the shower pan and it should have been 100% silicone they're not going to do anything to fix the problem. So for that reason we would not recommend.

Bob and the staff at Cash Carpet were great to work with. We were pleased with the selection and prices of the tile and will be visiting them again when we remodel our second bathroom.
