Cash Energy

Absolutely trash. Find someone else. Before they were bought it was great. Now? Disappointing. Going on 11 days now waiting for my oil. But of course they took my money already. Coldest week of the year and couldnt get any oil. Very snappy and rude on the phone, instantly ran with "10 day lead time" which is ridiculous and not what I wanted to talk about. Back in the day when I ordered from cash energy it was delivered NEXT DAY. THEN THEY TOOK MY MONEY. AFTER SERVICES RENDERED. This was the last time I ordered from them. Forever. Thankful I have supplemental heat or I would be having to re-pipe my house from freeze damage....

We have been a long time customer of Cash Energy. We ordered oil over a week ago. We called, after 1 hour wait they said they couldnt come until next Tuesday. It is so cold and we have lowered heat to 55 but I fear we will run out of oil before they deliver. To say they provide poor service is an understatement. They lost my business!!!!!!

today is 12/10 and have been waiting for a delivery that has been in your system since 11/29. That is unacceptable, and is the last order we place with your company. The new customer service set up is hideous and your associates are very sarcastic. Good luck! You'll need it.

My daughter paid 500 to the driver that delivered her oil and he must have stole the money, because Cash Energy is saying she didn't pay and my daughter and son in law have been getting the run around for weeks now!! Don't trust them with cash!!! I was there when the oil got delivered and watched my daughter hand them 500!!

Worst of the worst, didnt even want to give them a star. Was told oil would be delivered today, and much to my surprise, it wasn't. Husband called and was told the driver was already done for the night and it might come tomorrow AND that he should go get kerosene. Well, no, we will just find a better oil company...🙃 dead river to the rescue!
