Had my unit replaced and upgraded to a higher S.E.E.R. value for energy efficiency. Although it was quite a bit more expensive than a standard heat pump unit, the price was reasonable. Isaac and John were the ones to install my unit. The guys installed my new unit pretty quickly, and I was up and going in about six hours with no mess left behind. The owner, Tim Arpin, was there to answer all my questions and made sure to have the guys install surge protectors on both outside and the inside cabinet to save the delicate electronics should anything happen. I hear that they have been in business just shy of forever here in Stephenville, so I have no worries about getting ahold of them should something happen and I have need of their services. Top Notch
