The also one star installer used Casilio for our pool deck. We ended up with concrete in our brand new pool leaving holes in the liner. The installer and Casilio pointed fingers. One saying the installer didn’t tell him to shut it down and the other saying Casilio didn’t pay attention. Casilio sent someone to remove the concrete from my pool with a bucket, obviously leaving a mess. Casilio, the concrete installer and the pool company just pointed fingers and never changed the liner.
