Julian and Michael did an amazing job fixing my unit. They arrived and were polite and professional. They asked me what the symptoms were and immediately went to work in resolving my issue. I am absolutely satisfied with the work that was done and how Julian explained the problem to me and what I should do if I had any further issues. I highly recommend this company for your and cooling needs.

I’d give ten stars if I could. This is how you do customer service! My heat went out in the middle of winter. I called a couple of companies and Mr. Joe was the most honest and service oriented. Mr. Joe (owner) came out after one of the techs couldn’t come within my scheduled time. Within 24 hours we had an entire new system installed. The gentlemen who came out were all super respectful and clean. I am so happy I went with them because I feel very taken care of. Don’t think twice about calling Joe!

*UPDATE (see bottom)* December 2025: CasMech came out to service my HVAC system in December, availability was quick and painless, there was good communication for the arrival time. My technician was respectful, kind, and I did not feel uncomfortable having him in my home. Definitely would recommend CasMech again! January 2026: I had CasMech out again, PER THE TECHNICIANS INSTRUCTIONS, to clean the coils. I was told by the technician that if I left 5 star reviews on the home warranty site and google, I would receive the coil cleaning and servicing for free. I had no problem with this because I would have given 5 stars for the technician and his work anyways. After leaving the reviews, I called to schedule this, MULTIPLE times and never got a call back. I just love this company. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and exemplify outstanding customer service. My heating system had not been operating properly for several days. I was provided an appointment the next day to diagnose the issue. My heating system is now operating properly. Thank you Casmech Heating and Cooling.

**STAY AWAY** I went thru my home warranty as my heat went out, so this company was assigned to me. Company came out on Friday and I was told they would order the part needed to fix my heat. On Monday, I received a phone call at night (6:41 pm) saying they would get me on the schedule for the following Tuesday, a week later. I was also told that the part was on order. A week later, I received a phone call to reschedule as part wasn't ordered yet, so I was LIED to when I was told part was on order when they put me on the schedule. It's now been 2 WEEKS WITHOUT HEAT in the freezing cold PLUS I have a child in the house that NEEDS heat. Asked if a rush order could be placed for the part and I was told they don't do that.
