My generator was installed approximately one year ago. I am very pleased with their installation procedure and the amount of care and details the Cason team put into their work. Likewise, the same detailed care was given to my first annual maintenance. Again I am very pleased with my choice of Cason Power Solutions as my choice of installer and for purchase of a generator. I would highly recommend Cason Power Solutions to anyone thinking to purchase and install a generator for their home.

A+++ experience with Cason’s from beginning to end! Timing, quality, professionalism, and responsiveness were all great. No surprises! They were meticulous and detail-oriented. Felt like how business was conducted back in the good ole days. Fair, honest, and personal. Their plumber Andy was great as were the electric installers. Not to mention the landscape crew. The trenching was unnoticeable once they were complete. And Maia, the logistical coordinator, was an absolute star! I highly recommend Cason’s. So glad I went with these guys.

This was the most pleasant and stress-free experience we have had from start to finish. The gentlemen, Tom & Chris, who came out to give us an estimate were very informative and provided us with options. Maia, who communicated with us was very knowledgeable and organized, and kept the crew and schedules on track. The crew that delivered the unit worked with us well to be sure that placement of the unit was to our liking and according to the specifications set by Generac. The electrical and plumbing, crews were efficient and clean. We did opt for the lines to be trenched but the added cost resulted in an aesthetically pleasing result. When all was said and done- it was and is, a beautiful functional thing!
