DO NOT hire this company! Hired to do a yard drain, as you can see by the pictures drain doesn't work at all. In the process of completing the job they cut our irrigation lines in 3 places. Did not tell us but in the meantime turned off all our irrigation system (again didn't tell us). I reached out to Mark several times even before yesterday when we got the first big rain to come out to see if any changes needed to be made to drain..no response. After rain yesterday I sent the pictures and asked him to make this right by issuing a refund...no response. Original contract had 8 12x12 drain boxes. He only put in 3. Again, don't hire and if you do don't pay until you know 100% you have everything you were promised.

I won’t recommend there service to anyone. The concrete border had to be redone twice and it’s still not fix. You can see the 2 tone gray. Dead plants, he promised he will get them replaced nope, once I paid him for the landscaping with all the issues I had, he basically ghosted me. I’ll never recommend there service for anyone. I don’t trust them and there services.

There is no way to give negative stars. I have used this guy a few times and I should have listen to my gut and what I witnessed myself the 1st time. Always had excuses for long delayed responses. Brought him back to fix a zone this past summer and he diagnosed the issue and disappeared for a month. That section on my lawn was ruined, BURNED UP. He finally fixed it and left parts in grass, left the holes where he dug!! He said he tested the zones but he didn’t. I tested the zones within 15 minutes of his departure and another zone was not functioning. I called him and he said it was working when he tested them, REALLY. Never takes responsibility for his work. There is much more to this story. The bottom line DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! You will regret it.

Mark was awesome and responded the same day! Great communication, quick response and efficient. Sprinklers never really worked all that great... he was able to troubleshoot and repair all zones. I would recommend him without hesitation

Does not follow thru on their word. Once he has your money, good luck trying to get any issues resolved! Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
