I recently worked with the Caspian team for an outdoor balcony repair and was so impressed with the attention to detail, the level of efforts and the efficiency of their work! From that interaction, I inquired about a kitchen upgrade. I received a reasonable quote for new countertops, new sink/faucet, new backsplash and some woodwork/drywall due to changes in my island. The change is day and night and amazing!! The team worked tirelessly to get the job done quickly before the holidays, coming all day, into the evening and even on a Saturday to finish all the little details. The level of meticulous perfection is so appreciated and not often seen these days! I could not be more thrilled with my new kitchen!

I had Caspian Contracting LLC do a bathroom remodeling. We wanted to update our kids/guest bathroom because it felt a bit small. Wow what can I say! The outcome was better than we expected. I reached out to Caspian Contracting because I had a remodel project that I only wanted to do with someone I could trust. Caspian Contracting had great reviews online and so I gave them a chance. They delivered. We hired them to demolish our stairs that would go to our private rooftop and replace it with a spiral staircase. Additionally they added some flooring above and the project essentially gave us two usable spaces which for a condo in Arlington is HUGE! I was very impressed with the quality of work that was done.
