Most recently, we had trouble with our Jandy Pool heater. Paul & Nicole worked incredibly well as a team to resolve our warrantied repair. Paul, in the field, and Nicole, in the office, working together as all great teams do. This is one of just the many positive experiences of this 1st in class pool company!!

They took the time to carefully listen to my tentative plans for after the pool was built, which meant a lot to me. Kris, the owner, makes it a point to personally visit his clients—not just at the beginning, but anytime I requested to see him.
