I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of Castellanos and the technicians who came out and cleaned my home. The room/carpet I was most concerned about was taken care of well beyond my imagination since the carpet was so bad I contemplated replacing it. I am grateful I didnt go to that extreme route and allowed Castellanos to do their magic! The entire whole interaction from Instagram messenging to get all my questions answered, to the day of appointment contact, the duration it took to clean the 3 rooms and the overall satisfaction I felt once the job was complete was top notch, definitely will be using them again for this and other services they offer.
