Allen has been a great technician! He is very friendly, professional and communicates well! No one wants air conditioning problems and obviously being hot sucks but he worked late and fought through traffic to make sure we were taken care of today! Highly recommend Allen!

Great first experience with Castle - they were recommended by my neighbors who have used them for many years. I bought my house at the end of April and the first cold day of the year I went to turn the heat on and got nothing! I called Castle and Josh came out and got me set in almost no time. I really appreciated his detailed analysis of what he found, what he needed to do, and the best way to maintain going forward. Will definitely use them as my default AC and heating crew!
