Castle Air

Castle Air did an excellent job when they put in a new HVAC system for us ! They were prompt in providing the service, the gentleman who did the work were friendly and professional as well as being very knowledgeable when answering questions. The Ladies I spoke with in the office were very professional and polite as well as extremely patient and understanding when answering all of our questions.

Good communication & easy to set up appointments. Technicians are on time in the window for doing their job. We've used Don, & really appreciate his respectful communication about any problems we might have. He was able to troubleshoot a significant issue we had last year when other techs couldn't figure it out, & successfully solved & resolved it. We're very happy with Castle Air!

We had someone come out today to figure out why our air conditioning unit wasn’t working. They found the issue and fixed it. I’m so happy that they were able to send someone out to my house today.

I had Castle Air out in Sept 2025 and now again Jan 2026 (one was more maintenance and one was a repair call)- can't say enough good things about the service. First HVAC company where the techs try to come out right when the appointed time is. Mark is great to work with!

Great service from Don. On time for appointment, went over the system thoroughly, and explained to me how to maintain the system between their maintenance visits. Highly recommend!
