Castle Clean

This was my 1st time using Castle Carpet Clean, and I must say their service was phenomenal. Not only is it a family-owned business that's solely run by 3, but it was clear from Service #1 that Matt and his father, Mike, have their customers as their main priority. Matt took his time to ensure my carpet was thoroughly cleaned and that any stains were targeted and properly treated. Despite the more than reasonable rate, the service by far surpassed the price. As a disabled individual, the inability to manage your living space independently tends to lead to feelings of loss of control over your life and home. I have been using Castle Clean for years to clean living room and family room carpets. And was always quite pleased. This year, I asked them to also do some upholstery cleaning. I cannot think of anything to say other than I am thrilled - THRILLED - beyond words. These pictures do not do justice as to the remarkable improvement of a heavily (I'm talking about 6 years worth of grime) soiled recliner. Could not be more pleased!!
