Make sure you get a price before they do the pumping, becuase they would charge you double the price at the end! Also be aware they charge you 275.00 and hour travel fee to get to the job and travel fee to get back to there yard.

Get a written estimate prior to booking them!!!! They do not disclose any overtime that might be incurred and they leave all their garbage @ your job site!!!! They over bill by adding charges after they have given you a quote on the phone of $500 and it turned out to be 987.00 due to them adding overtime without disclosing that Saturday is overtime no matter what and they charged $90 to leave their garbage (2 kiddy wadding pools) on our front yard!!!! They were super sweet and accommodating on the phone and then sent a bill that was double what they quoted on the phone.
