Jonathan Brandt has completed several projects with me and I have been exceedingly happy with his skill set, candidness, and professionalism. Several of my customers have used his services with great success as well. Mr. Brandt proactively identified several issues of concern that ultimately saved me headaches and surprises during the course of the work. He kept a good schedule and an accurate budget - both accomplishments that were lacking with projects previously completed by established companies.

Very good experience with Jonathan. We built a 7400 square foot house at Lake Ridge in Cedar Hill. Loads of custom work and Jonathan worked with us on every detail. He also did not limit us on selections of materials or vendors we used for a total custom experience. One of the things we liked most about Jonathan was that he bid the job very realistically. Our overall cost came very close to what Jonathan said it would. If we had to build again we would definitely used Castle Construction.

No permits ever acquired. A hole is in my upstairs bathroom. They broke a light fixture in bathroom and never fixed the problem. Difficulty in communicating in that they use non-English speaking workers who are novices. Additionally bathroom fixtures installed haphazardly with parts missing. My furniture had paint on the backs even though it was wrapped. He didn’t pay his laborers so they took it out on my house and belongings. I paid on time but did not receive quality workmanship. He was a nice guy who spent more time trying to date members of my family than he did in supervising the job. Receipts and contract were unheard of in his “quick turn around” work. Over priced shoddy work. Looked good but I have holes in my wall that are hidden until you go in the attic. I’m finding

Great company. I enjoyed getting to know the owner Melissa. She is a wonderful woman who cares about each and every project like it is truly hers. Wonderful team as well to make sure your project doesn't run into any unexpected challenges or expenses.
