These are some of the best folks I’ve ever done business with. We’ve built houses with four different granite companies in the area. There are some good companies out there, but these guys are top-notch, professional, kind, and the turnaround time was fast. Especially considering that I had a last minute emergency project that needed immediate attention. They came through for us! Their pricing is fair and very competitive! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Poor customer service. Took forever then was given the runaround. Tried to convince me that it was the plumbers fault or the floor settled when the breaks in front of the sink were obviously an install problem. (No adhesive there). They bent my sink trying to show me that they could get adhesive in there. (Admission that there should have been) When challenged about the bs excuses I was given, they walked out. UGHHHH!!!

I just used Castle Granite during my kitchen remodel. They did a large island in Granite and all my perimeter countertops in Quartz. Very happy with everything. Bob and Marlena are very helpful and easy to work with. It was a large job and I may not be the easiest customer but they were great!

Good luck getting the company to cover their products with a simple one year warranty. New house was built, the builder went with this company for the sinks, and one cracked in the bathroom. Started reaching out December 2021 and I gave up now, in June 2022. Called at least 12 times trying to get a new sink (that I said I'd pay for, estimate $40 so nothing crazy expensive) and the company never would follow through on the delivery. I give up. Good luck to anyone that uses this business.

We could not be more pleased with the service and quality we received from Castle Granite. All granite stores are closed on Saturday in Nixa, Ozark, Springfield area. I happened to see this shop while driving by a few days ago and decided to stop there on this Saturday. They had a sign posted with hours and by appointment only on Saturdays. We called to schedule an appointment and met with someone about 5 minutes later. He was knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions. We selected a slab for our new bathroom counter top which was a remnant and on discount. I received a call Monday morning confirming the order and price. We had someone out on Monday afternoon to get correct measurements and the new slab was installed by noon on Wednesday. Talk about turn around time
