Ralph and his crew were exceptional when they replaced our heat pump at our home. They performed great work, and they were very professional and friendly. After the job was completed, they went over the install with us and trained us on the new thermostat settings. Also, they were very clean when they performed the install - so much so that I didn't even know that we had workers in the house after they left. No clean up! I would recommend Castle Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. to anyone.

The owner and employees of this business are so reliable. Ralph installed our furnace six years ago, and we added a sunroom in 2023. The employees did a wonderful job with the mini split, and we are so pleased. We know that if we are given a price, it is fair, and the workmanship is the best!

I didn't go to their place of business I got the install through Lowe's. The team was very professional and answered all of my questions. They even made some suggestions about how to take care of my units so that they would last longer. Plus they had suggested getting it registered right away just in case.Their work was amazing and fast.. Latest review: I've been trying to get a response both directly from Ralph as well as from the main number, I even reached out to Lowes who provided our connection originally. I have punch list items since the system was installed in January and my calls and texts are routinely ignored. Seems like as soon as the check cleared I don't exist anymore. I would appreciate being able to close out this work and the open building permit. Until then, no longer recommended. I used Castle to install a new Trane gas furnace and heat pump. Initially, they were responsive and completed the install timely considering we had to run off the original electric furnace until they were able to complete the install. We began to have problems almost immediately. It was extremely difficult to get a return call from Ralph/Castle when the problems started and that issue continued until the end. We had problems with the heat pump every summer since they installed it, nothing ever covered under warranty mysteriously. After 3 years since the installation we had at least 5 service calls, eventually replacing the control board and several other components of the heat pump, costing hundreds and totaling nearly $2,000.
