Mark was at my house 30 min after i called.Had my hot water fixed in an hour. This business is awesome!! Castle plumbing will be my go to plumber from now on! Very refreshing to know an honest business with very honest prices.
Mark did an excellent job of hooking up my new sink. Not one drop of water leaked, and he responded quickly. We're very satisfied.
Called about getting a water heater replaced after reading potential causes on line (rabbit hole) and chatted with them. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and give me simple instructions to DIY it. Worked like a champ and all at no charge. If anything does breaks, calling Castle for sure! A++
