Got me out of a bad situation. Lost my pump on a hot weekend. They came over quickly and worked hard to get it fixed. Joel was very fast and professional. Definitely would hire them again.
Castle Pump was amazing. I found that my pump wouldn't reset at 7:00 am on a Saturday morning (ugh) and they had it replaced by 11:00 am. Rob and Joel were both helpful and easy to work with. This is the first pump/motor replacement I've had to do and Joel didn't mind explaining what he was doing for my education. I highly recommend Castle Pump.
We panicked when our water stopped unexpectedly, but the guys from Castle Pump & Electric came out within a hour. They troubleshooted all day and were able to get our water back under difficult circumstances. We would absolutely recommend them and will keep them on speed dial for any future needs!!
Great company to do business with. Have excellent customer service from the owner down to the guy installing the new pump in my well. Called them late on a Friday and they showed up early Saturday morning. The pricing they offered was more affordable than the competitors by far. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of well repairs.
our Relator used this company for a well inspection. Not only was inspection found to be completely incorrect, the owner Rob was very hostile when asked about the information on the inspection. No accountability and no integrity. Would NEVER recommend this company
