Castle Tile

I needed to put in a new kitchen island and countertop. I went to 3 tile/marble stores and finally ended up with a Castle Tile. I dealt with Sam. He was helpful, informative, and honest. We placed our order and within two weeks we someone there to do measurements. A week later he came back to install. Installation was perfect with no problems. The guys were wonderful and the experience was all that I expected. I would give Sam and Castle Tile two thumbs up from Customer Service to Price to installation. They were spot on.

I would give Castle Tile 10 stars if i could. Having shopped for granite countertops i found their selection phenomenal. Yes they had the classic versions but they also offer very unique pieces as well. Service was amazingly efficient and prompt....all with a smile. Installation was seamless, regardless of the difficulties navigating through my strangely designed bathroom. Communication flowed as needed and return calls were expedient. Next stop...the kitchen...i will be back soon. I wish all of the trades worked this effortlessly. U guys are the best!!!

Sam was a pleasure to deal with. He was patient and showed us everything inside and out. Fast measure and fabrication. We are very happy with our choice and will use him again for our other bathrooms.

I found Castle when my contracted installer from Lowe’s advised that my install would take 4-5 weeks! A quick google search and Castle came up. Sam was great! Explained the process, gave me lots of advice and actually suggested the quartz I ultimately selected. The measurements were taken and the counters were installed in 10 days! The staff was professional and obviously experts in their field. I wouldn’t consider any other company and will be back for bathroom vanities soon!

Castle Tile, what can I say, they are wonderful. Working with Sam and Ray was so easy. They made a difficult decision and choice very easy and pleasant. The time frame for delivery was about 2 weeks from measurement to installation. Carlos, the installer, was fantastic. He was very nice to work with and took special care installing the quartzite. I couldn’t be happier and I recommend Castle Tile, you won’t be disappointed. Rochelle
