Castle Windows

Over the last ten years I've had Castle Windows and Doors Do work in my house four times. Each time I have been very satisfied by the results. They first come in to show you the choices of product, give you prices and let you decide what you would like. Then they give you a date for the work to be done. There prices are great. They arrive on time and get the work done quickly and cleanly. The first job I had them do was replacing eleven windows. I was extremely satisfied with that job. Since then, I've had them come and replace my doors, one at a time. In the process they have replaced rotten door frames and made doors that stuck open and close easily again. I would use them again, but there's nothing left to replace. They've done it all.

I brought a patio door 12 years ago it still looks like new so I went with them again for replacing 7 windows, with the lifetime guarantee like the door. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the windows. Price was reasonable especially when I have a lifetime warranty. Also my patio door screen has some tears in it and they are replacing it with no questioned asked. Wonderful company to do business with.

1st of all…I spaced on my appointment. I told the service dept I can be there in 20 mins. They said no problem. When I arrived home, Brian greeted me. I apologized for my tardiness and he said absolutely no problem. He was there to fix a broken window that would barely go up, and when it did it would slide down. Brian was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and finished the job in short order. He is a tremendous asset so take care of him and deserves a raise.

My wife and I have had Castle Windows replace all our windows in our house over three different occasions. We did the windows in groups as we could afford. Now is our forth time to replace the sliding doors to our back deck. Norm, the salesman, is great making our options clear. We have been very happy with Castle!

I am very pleased with Castle windows, they are true to their promise. There when you need them, what else can I ask for. Excellent warranty worth every penny
