Worked with Brian and John to replace our 100 year old door. They came up with the best possible solution, walking us through all the details, and made the whole process really easy. Took the time to really give us something that fits our home's style. Were very kind, knowledgeable and professional!

Kevin did a great job fixing my frosted bathroom window that would not stay open. Kevin also measured one of our bay windowpanes that is cloudy. Kevin was very professional and is a pleasant person.

Kevin did an excellent job adjusting a window we had difficulty locking. We have had zero issues with our windows (8 yrs old) with this one minor exception. Kevin was extremely polite and professional. We appreciated his demeanor and workmanship. Also - Castle lives up to its warranty.

So far, we've had the consultation and gotten the measurements done. My husband did the initial consultation but I was there when Kevin came and did the measurements. He was really nice and did an awesome job! I'll definitely update this after the windows been installed. So far, so good! Forgot to update this: Windows were put in amazingly quickly. They were great! Highly recommended!
