Castleman Well Drilling & Pump Service

We had the best experience with Castleman and the crew that came to our property. We needed a well put in and it was not an easy one but they were able to get it done. They were there when they said they would be and that is something we look for in companies. The first day we had Jamie and his crew doing the drilling. Anytime I had a question they would answer it. Our property was a lot of rock but they were able to drill and hit water. They defiantly know what they are doing and are very good at it. Jaime makes sure that it is done right and both him and his team have great work ethic. They finished up and said that on day 2 the other crew will come in and put the system in. On day 2 Jeff came with his crew and again on time which is great. Jeff is such a sweet man and great attitude. H

This business was recommended to me. Last year, I had to have my pump replaced, for my well, according to this business. Paid over $4k to do so but had trouble with sediment build-up after the fact. My toilets wouldn’t flush, top flush, my spickets wouldn’t run and my fridge quit working with water and ice dispenser. I called multiple times to have them come back out to flush the water and they only did once (poorly) which got my spicketd outside to work again. Everything else I had to pay for a plumber to come out and fix because this business refused to flush the sediment build-up. The plumber didn’t understand why I was paying him to flush the lines when he told me this business should. I felt taken advantages of.

I am going to try an be scrupulously fair when I write this review. A few weeks ago we started noticing a water flow issue at our home. I called Castlemen Well Drilling and did not hear anything back for approximately a week. When they called back they were apologetic and came out the next day. Three man crew were very nice and worked promptly to diagnose the issue and before I knew it they were removing my well pump and cutting the lines apart. Here is my concern. At this point only they knew how much this might potentially cost me. Prior to this I did have water in the house and had I had any inkling what the repair would cost I would have put it off. At this point, however, I was committed as I no longer had a well pump and ended up paying for a $3,700 repair without any chance

Castleman Well Drilling did a phenomenal job reactivating my well! They replied immediately via phone and came out to do an initial assessment within days. After the assessment, they provided me with options to reactivate my well. Alter making my option selections they came within a few days to start the reactivation process. They provided me with excellent advice for adding my irrigation system to the well. The well is working extremely well. This Castleman team is top notch! I really enjoyed working with this team. They like what they do and they’re very good at it.
