Huge help with my corner lot. Living on a corner lot means I have a lot of concrete to manage. Cat 5 handled everything—driveway, walkway, and all that sidewalk. He showed up right on time (which is rare these days) and was genuinely friendly. I really appreciated that he took the time to walk me through the work when he was done to make sure I was happy. Solid work, reliable service, and very affordable.

Doug is by far a true business man. Great work ethic, true to his word, and customer satisfaction is top priority. He did more than what I expected , plus a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and I will definently hire him again.

We have used Cat5 for the second time now and the experience was just as great as the first time! I feel like a real customer when I use them, meaning that they should up and spend the time it takes to do a really good job! Not your typical rush in and rush out kind of company. I have even had a few of neighbors use them as well with the same type of satisfaction.

I was very pleased with the job Doug performed in pressure washing the front entrance sidewalk, driveway, and sidewalk near the street of my home. Doug is very courteous and professional and I am looking forward to working with him again for the other pressure washing jobs I need done to my home. I highly recommend his service.
