This supplier cannot be trusted. After receiving payment, they cancel orders and fail to issue refunds. We strongly advise against doing business with them.

We made a purchase from this store 6 months ago and asked if they could deliver it via FedEx as we were completing a job for them. They agreed, and based on that we confirmed our order and paid the full amount of $4,465. However, when the items were shipped through their carrier, FedEx was unable to accept them. We contacted them to have the shipment resent via FedEx as previously agreed, but they refused and accused us of being scammers. When we requested a refund, they instructed us to recall the wire transfer through our bank. We filed a claim, but it was declined because when the bank contacted them, they confirmed the transaction was valid. We are now pursuing this matter with our lawyers.
