Catalyst Parking Garage

Well lit, secure, and clean parking garage. We took our ticket with us and when we got back to the garage, we didn’t understand how to use the ticket to get back in the garage. There is a gate, but our ticket didn’t scan us in. They need to provide better more clear instructions. Luckily, someone was pulling out to pay, so he let us in. We ended up paying $10 for 2 1/2 hrs of parking.

Malfunctioning, cars weren’t able to get out each time of use. Scanned ticket, asked for payment, couldn’t read payment for each card that was tried. We were there so long that our total went up between scans. Called the assistance, luckily they had a whiteboard prepared, because the audio was not working for the call. Thankful for the service member, but giving one star because it shouldn’t be that hard to have a functioning gate that reads a card.

Had a vehicle stolen out of this supposedly secure parking garage, management was less than helpful and out of all the cameras near the doors and inside the garage could not locate any video of the perpetrator entering or walking in the garage how strange. Vehicle was parked in the garage for some time while on vacation, perpetrator was certainly a regular in there or assisted by a regular or employee

Unable to re enter garage. Instructions say to scan your ticket but the door would not unlock. No answer when calling help button. No answer when calling facility. Finally flagged a car to come pull a ticket so door could open and we could retrieve our car. Terrible experience

No support or help when payment system broken and 30 cars stuck trying to get out! We are trapped. No people work here. Stay away!
