This company has taken care of our whole family! Our daughters needed a new AC for their home and installed it right when they estimated. Then we had an unexpected breakdown at our own home and we were back up and running within a week with a brand new unit. That is EXCEPTIONAL given the experience you usually have in Lake Havasu City. Always professional, courteous and VERY responsive. Excellent communication! Billy and his crew are the best!!

Our unit has never cooled our home. We had it installed new in 2017. My friend used Catching Air and was very pleased with their communication and knowledge and work ethic. They diagnosed the problem that our unit is a two stage unit and has two wires that have to connect to our nest thermostat and only one of the wires that controlled first stage had been connected. It is like driving on the interstate in 1st gear. The service that installed our Nest had these thermostats in inventory and told us they would work. Catching Air said they were outdated for the two stage unit we had. HMMMM was someone trying to get rid of useless inventory. Catching Air asked us to buy Nest Pro from wherever we wanted and to call them we had them. I will update my review when I turn on the air and it actually

After waiting almost 3 weeks for a home warranty contractor to either fix my A/C or, at the very least, return my calls I called this company. In 31 hours and 55 minutes Billy came to the house, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, installed it, and had the system fixed. Their house call fee is half what the warranty company charges and he also saved me an additional $400.00 on unnecessary work the other contractor had said I needed. 3 weeks versus 31 hours. When you buy the best, you only cry once and their prices are a far better bargain than any warranty company. I can't say thank you enough for the amazing service and allowing us to finally be able to move back in! Thanks again, John.

We have a second home that we airbnb when we aren't in Havasu. I called Catching Air and I kid you not they were at my house fixing the A/C in less than 15 minutes. The guys were super professional, polite and knowledgeable. On top of all of that it was super affordable. I highly recommend them.
