I called four different companies to go out to my rental property because the tenants reported that there was no heat and temps were dropping into the 20's at night. Chase went out and troubleshooted the problem, came back the next day, and had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes! The tenants commented that he did everything he could to try to get it running temporarily until he came back with the part. They call him a magician! The other companies wanted to replace the whole system, he was able to get it working at a fraction of the cost! Would definitely recommend him.
