C.A.T.S. Home Inspection School - Albany

I was in process of training with a national company when they notified me at the last minute that they would not be able to provide the module 5 training as originally planned and scheduled. I reached out to CATS to see if they would be able to accommodate me for this section of training w/o having to re-do the entire course. “Yes, we will certainly help you out,” was their reply. It is really great to see good companies are still out there focused on student success and willing to help someone in a jam.

I chose C.A.T.S Home Inspection School to further my knowledge of the home improvement industry and have the ability to understand what I'm looking at when vetting investment properties. The class is structured well and the cycling curriculum makes it easy to jump in. Tom & Dan are great instructors, with valuable industry experience. This experience went above and beyond what I expected, and I would highly recommend this school for anyone looking to become a home inspector.

If you are looking to start a career as a home inspector, I highly recommend C.A.T.S Home Inspection School. Dan, Joe and Jamie are excellent teachers and very knowledgeable. The most important thing is they care about their students and take the time to answer every question asked. They give you everything you need to prepare you to be a successful home inspector. Dan Osborn's HOUSE FACKS reporting system (which is provided for you in your tuition) in my opinion is the best on the market. CATS home inspection school was an excellent experience for me. I am now a licensed home inspector making money the first week after getting my license. Dan, Joe and Jamie made learning the material fun and easy, so much so that I was able to pass my state test on the first try. Highly recommended!
