The best for emergency service. Came out in a weekend when no other service would. Cory got us going, did a wonderful job getting parts, and came back when he said he would and fixed our heating system. He went over and above and checked every part of our system, educating us about it. Cory’s polite effective workmanship was a great help.

I had them put in a replacement heating system. Overall I was pretty happy with the work they did, although once I started using the system, I noticed they hooked up my zone valves backwards (switched the upstairs and downstairs) . Took them a while to send someone (a week or so) , and the tech they sent was pretty useless. He could not figure out what was wrong. Another week later the owner (Cory ) came out and he was great. Smart and very pleasant fellow, he diagnosed and took care the problem in 20 minutes.

Cory and his team are fabulous! I bought a house and needed a new heating system put in. He gave me a quote and explained every detail to me so that I fully understood what I needed and why. After getting quotes from 4 companies, Cavicchi was the best and worked within my timeline and budget. I highly recommend them!
