Whew. Where to start. What a process this is and I’m soooo glad it’s over!! (As I am sure are they😅) C and B built us an absolutely beautiful dream home(see photos)!! My only advice is don’t be afraid to over communicate! Chris can be a little unorganized at times (wink wink, inside joke now) BUT he has your best interest at heart and will make sure you are a happy customer in the end! They will hold themselves accountable for any errors and make it right! Also, a faith based company who will pray over your home with you, which tells you a lot about their values and ethics! Jonathan was a pleasure to work with and he really made sure we were happy with all decisions. He worked hard to meet deadlines and get it done! We moved into our C&B home a little over a year ago. I wanted to wait until after the warranty to write this review, so I could speak to that process as well. Choosing a builder for your life’s largest investment can be quite a task! We chose C&B first because of the Bailey’s faith in Christ and the way they live that out in their private and business life. Secondly, because of testimony from his previous customers. It’s a huge project. Things will go wrong, there will be delays and hiccups, but they all said that Chris worked diligently to “make things right”. That was our experience too. C&B put up with my million questions, my biweekly request for our budget sheet, and our bank’s detailed process for draws.
