The delivery people were absolutely fine, they were polite and professional and arrived on time and communicative. The scheduling was not fine- I was given thye option of three days that were too far out and you were not willing to accommodate my work schedule. Luckily my employer understands how troubling this has been to be without a refrigerator since November (when I bought this fridge, more than three months ago) and was able to find a way to allow me to be home for the delivery, but many people would not have that luxury. I will never be ordering from this company again.

I purchased a teak outdoor deck table, and had it delivered to orcas Island in the San Juan Islands… The company was a little difficult to plan ahead with… But ultimately they did a good job. The driver showed up within an hour of when they said they were gonna be there… And he placed it exactly where I asked. His name Imad.

I had a bed frame delivered today (16MAY) by this company. I ordered it over a month ago but it was made to order and on the other side of the country so I knew I would wait a while going forward with my order. I live on a military installation in Washington and received a call from the company during a field exercise. I let them know I wouldn't be available on the original scheduled date and the caller was very lenient and set up a different date without hassle. I did not receive a call the day prior but I did get a text that allowed me to confirm my date and track my shipment. My time block was between 9-12 and they arrived at 1015 with an automatic call 20min prior. I did call their office twice, once I called to give instructions on how to get onto the installation being that there is

This company is absolutely pathetic. They spam you with endless calls and texts asking what floor your delivery is going to and where you want it placed, only to show up and dump three giant boxes on your doorstep like they could not care less. Room of choice was ignored. Setup was ignored. Box removal was ignored. Basically every service they promise was ignored. It is a joke. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If you have a delivery scheduled with them I strongly suggest you request a different logistics team immediately. I will find out just how bad this gets once I get home and drag everything upstairs with my 4 foot 11 wife because apparently that is now my problem. Our problem.

Communication was absolutely terrible in fact nonexistent. Stated they will give you a delivery window and never did. Followed up day of delivery for a time frame which ended up being not true. Waited from 11am to almost 10pm for couch to be delivered. Due to being told it would be there in 30 minutes then they stated the window for delivery would be 12-3pm because of a mistake. When I tried calling back they didn’t answer - left vm and never got a call back.
